    This user has 35 sets of CNC lathes and machining centers. The major products are support frame for steering system in car. The production volume is very large and the coolant consumption is high. The initial oil skimmer is the disk type but almost stop working when the effect is almost zero. The operators even did not want turn on the disk skimmer.

   When they tried our mesh multi-step oil skimmer, they are surprised to the robust and effect. Although the floating oil in tank is at least 6~9mm in depth, the oil becomes muddy and difficult to carry. They tried another vacuum type of skimmer but failed on mud blocked soon. It requires to clean frequently on the process of using. Most of operators do not want to do this job. But our mesh multi-step skimmer needs no maintenance. It can work smoothly without any problem.
