    Disk type oil skimmer is the most popular model in all CNC machines. In some areas, the belt type oil skimmer is also very common. The reasons to be adopted for most peoples are the low cost and partial functions. So the machine makers prefer to use that on their machines as a standard item.

    When the users start to operate the machines and check the performance of oil skimmer, there are few people satisfied with that. The disk and belt type of oil skimmer filter both tramp oil and cutting coolant out into the separate box. It can NOT identify water from oil on the process and relay on the separate box to divide them by gravity. But in fact, the separate box can not perform the job well.
